Overall experience was great. Easy check in, clean room, pictures online matched property exactly. They accommodated several requests that we had. In addition, they even open the pool early for our kid to swim the day of our departure, since it was raining outside, and we couldn't go to our destination as planned. We would definitely stay there again.

The location was fantastic for why we booked it. Came up to Indy to see the BUCS take on the COLTS and this hotel is super close, even closer than some of the stadium's actual parking. The hotel was clean, organized and comfortable. The waffles were great. Nice option on what you wanted on them (be that Nutella, strawberries, whip cream or syrup [or all the above together]).

Was right downtown and had a beautiful view of Lucas Oil Stadium. Downtown lit up at night was beautiful. The breakfast was really good. Staff was friendly, our room air conditioner was booked for the room I had booked so they gave us an additional room for our kids to sleep in for free and waived our parking fee. We did have to park in the garage on the other side of Holiday Inn but it was a short walk to the Staybridge.

Very nice feel to the hotel and rooms. Welcoming and attractive. Cute kitchen. Bedroom clean and cozy. Two TVs are nice. Front desk was so friendly and helpful! Quiet. Convenient to downtown without being in the thick of it. Having breakfast and happy hour are always a plus.

Great location, friendly staff, great breakfast options. Was very skeptical after check in as I had to sign a no smoking waiver and was charged $100 incidental fee that would be refunded after check out, the room we were given smelled of stale cigarette smoke and was difficult to breathe in. I called the front desk and reported as I did not want to be charged for smoking in the room. We were quickly moved to another room with a great view of Lucas Oil Stadium, which the kids were very excited about.

I loved the view and how big the room was. Breakfast had a large selection, although the eggs seemed like it was a rushed job on preparing them

Breakfast was nice every morning. Our room was very clean. The staff was friendly.

We like the fact it had two separate rooms with a comfortable long couch that someone slept on. And you could close the door. A full kitchen with dishes. The breakfast Sunday they added a cheese omelet and fried potatoes. Staybridge will be our place to stay. If you go to watch football games The Lucus Oil Stadium is in your back yard.
